Mateo Kovacic is an Croatia international player who was signed at £22.5m deal from three years to play for real Madrid and has only played 37 La Liga games.
After Manchester United bid for transfer of real Madrid player Kovacic Mateo to come over and played alongside with other Manchester united players but the offer was turn down by this same player after been offered €60 million.

Later that day Mateo came infront of the press and express his feelings that is wishes to leave real Madrid this summer and also to play alongside with Manchester players at Santiago Bernabeu but he cannot because of the way they are playing.
Mateo also added that he enjoyed the last three year which he has stayed in Madrid and also has so many great teammates that has won many cup such as the champions league and also la liga. He also added that although he is not happy because his contribution to real Madrid is not his biggest way of contributing that he want his contribution to be in a bigger way that would change the club.

Mateo Kovacic is someone who runs for the pre-season training with Madrid and also later featuring for Croatia at the World Cup after reaching the final which they lost 4-1 to France he was approach by Julen Lopetegui to come to Manchester united.
