According to some witnesses they said they saw the tanker coming up which was around 8:40am this morning, they added that when the tanker carrying diesel was set to offload they never knew that there was a generator which was close to them and it was turn on.
So as a result of that the tank got explode so those round said that they only heard some loud noise which they went out to check and unfortunately for them what they saw was an explosion been caused by a generator.

And later on fire service came down quickly and now they are in control of every thing
