Harvey Weinstein has been charged to court for another sex crime charges

Harvey Weinstein Hollywood producer has been called upon by the court to face his charges of additional sex crime charges which he couldn’t believe it and it was written down last week that on one account of committing a criminal sexual act and two counts of felony predatory sexual assault.

But according to the court he was plead not guilty to the two counts of rape and the other first degree criminal sex which made him to be out on $1million us cash bail. His trial lawyer Benjamin Brafman he has to enter plea of not guilty to the newly charges.

And also Harvey Weinstein said to the court that all the allegations drown to him are all false and that he is to be blameless his trial lawyer included in his statement that Furthermore to charge Harvey Weinstein was a predator as he interacted with each consensual which is simply not justified. Mr Harvey is now facing six different misdemeanor charges which are been related to three different women.

Which it is now leading to counts of voracious sexual assault and it two counts of criminal sexual act is the first degree rape with the third degree rape. This incidence happened in 2004, 2006 and later in 2013.

So now Manhattan Grand Jury is now accusing Harvey on almost some of the most serious sexual offences committed by him that exist under New York’s Penal Law.

Manhattan neighborhood Lawyer Cyrus R. Vance Jr concluded in his statement also that it is as a result of extraordinary courage by the survivors that have come forward to this court.

But Harvey is said to be one of the most important powerful person in the film industry until last year when New York published their accounts from different women that pointed fingers accusing him of different sexual assault.

After that about 50 women including Paltrow, Angelina Jolie and Ashley Judd Gwyneth also accused Harvey of sexual behavior. Which led Weinstein to be fired from the Weinstein Company in New York?
